The CENTURY 21 Hometown Realty Home Club provides clients with deep resources of MLS information directly from our local MLS databases. The information is updated every 15 minutes and has more information than public property search pages found on most real estate websites. You will have access to information like Original List Price, Days on Market, Price Changes, and Sold Listings to understand how market velocity is impacting home values in our area.
Moreover, this tool allows you to save searches to a “Home Club” folder so you can conveniently manage and view your searches. You can also set up your “Home Club” to send email notifications when new listings, that match your search criteria, become available.
When you want to add a search to your “Home Club” folder, simply click the tab located at the top of the page that says “HomeClub”.
The first time you save a search, you will be prompted to create a free account. Once you’ve logged in, you can manage your “Home Club” (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information.
If you do not have any saved searches, begin a new search. Once you run an initial search, you may opt to refine your search. This will narrow your search results to fit your new criteria, such as price range, minimum square footage and more. Any time you receive search results, you will have the option to “Save This Search” and receive an email notification when new listings that fit your search become available.
FAVORITE LISTINGS
This tool allows you to save listings to your “Favorite Listings” folder so you can conveniently manage and view your Favorite Listings at any time. In addition, you can email your Favorite Listings to your agent, a co-buyer or a friend.
When you find a listing that you would like to add to your Favorite Listings, click the “Add to Favorites” link in the Tools box.
The first time you add a Favorite Listing you will be prompted to enter your login information (unless you have already created a Home Club profile). Once you’ve logged in, you can manage your favorites (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information. Additionally, you can recall your Favorite Listings from any page using the “Favorites” tab at the top of the page.
